Following a successful bid to the Big Lottery BASIS Programme, Volunteer Centre - Nuneaton & Bedworth has the following vacancy to support the delivery of our project over the next 4 years. The post holder will be instrumental in developing and initiating projects that will increase and sustain the capacity of the Volunteer Centre to deliver a professional service to the wider community.


Business Development Manager

(4 year contract)

Hours: 30 hour per week
Salary: £26,067 pro rata (Pay award pending)

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of a social enterprise company which will grow ventures to produce income to secure the long term financial sustainability of the Volunteer Centre.

We are looking for someone who has a record of successful entrepreneurial business development but who also has a good understanding of the voluntary sector and its ethos.
